Rooted in Connection is a 10-week attachment theory course and support group for mothers who are ready to stop managing and start understanding. Not just their children — themselves.

Over 10 weeks, you will explore your own attachment story, trace your parenting patterns back to their source, understand why certain moments with your children trigger reactions that feel bigger than the situation, and build the self-awareness, regulation tools, and self-compassion that make lasting change possible.

This is not a parenting class. There are no rules here, no checklists, and no judgment. This is an invitation to get genuinely curious about your own story — with honesty, compassion, and a small circle of mothers doing the same work alongside you.

What you receive:

10 weekly live sessions of 90 minutes, running October 6 through December 8, 2026. A full participant workbook with worksheets, reflection prompts, and journaling space for every single week — yours to keep. Somatic and holistic practices woven into every session including breathwork, nervous system regulation, guided visualization, and body-based grounding. An intimate group of 6–10 mothers — small enough for genuine trust and depth, large enough for the richness of shared experience.
