A Guided Path for Mothers
A 3-Week Mini Series
Discover Your Style · Understand Its Origin · Build Your Repair Plan
October 7, 14 & 21, 2026 · $300 CAD
Sometimes three focused sessions are enough to see the pattern clearly, and once you see it, everything else starts to make sense.
This is a short, intimate series for mothers ready to understand where their parenting actually comes from, without a long commitment.
This is for you if…
You want to understand your attachment style and where it comes from
You want it made personal, not generic, to you and your child specifically
You want a focused, guided path, without a long commitment
You want real individual support, not just a group experience
The Three Weeks
We begin with a guided attachment style quiz, built specifically for this series, to help you identify your own style, secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganized, with real clarity. Not a label. A lens for finally understanding patterns you've felt for years.
We turn toward your own childhood, guided by an accompanying workbook with reflection prompts designed to help you trace the direct line between your history and the way you parent today. This is usually where the clearest moments of recognition happen.
We move from understanding into a written, personal repair plan, built around both your personality and your child's, since what works for an anxious parent and a strong-willed toddler looks different than what works for an avoidant parent and a sensitive child.
After the series concludes, you'll meet with Mileah individually for a full hour, dedicated entirely to building out your personal repair plan together and making sure it truly fits your life.

Your Facilitator
M.S.W · R.S.W · Registered Social Worker · Holistic Therapist
Before my private practice, I spent years working in mental health agencies, doing direct work with children, many facing significant behavioural challenges. What I saw, again and again, was that the child in front of me was rarely the whole story. Once you understood the parent's own history, the reactions made complete sense.
I created this series because that understanding shouldn't take years of therapy to access. In three focused weeks, you can identify your attachment style, trace it to its origin, and leave with a real, personal plan for what comes next, built for you and your child specifically.
Questions
After the three group sessions, you'll meet with Mileah individually to build out your personal repair plan in detail, one built around your specific personality and your child's, so it actually fits your life rather than reading like generic advice.
The private 1:1 hour included in this series is an individual session with a Registered Social Worker (R.S.W), and may be eligible for reimbursement under many extended health plans. Coverage varies by provider, so we recommend checking your specific plan. A receipt will be provided upon request to support your claim.
No, this is an educational and reflective series, not individual therapy, though it's facilitated with the same clinical care by a Registered Social Worker. Many mothers find it a meaningful complement to therapy they're already doing.
Yes. This series is trauma-informed throughout. Every practice is an invitation, never a requirement, and you'll never be asked to share anything you're not ready to share.
A guided path to understanding your attachment story, and a personal repair plan built for you and your child.
